wATER AND sEWER bILLING

All of the Mobile Home Communities managed by Bardis Properties use the Yes Energy Management company to manage Water and Sewer billing for residents.

After a resident receives their first water bill, they can go online at Residents and Tenantsand register using their Account Number and email address in the bottom block of the web screen for New Customer Sign up. For returning visits, use the same link and simply enter Account Number and password.

The website provides valuable information such as:

View/Print Account history
View/Print Current and Previous Water Bill
Check if payments you made have been posted by the Water company
Submit other on-line inquiries
